General information about Castrum Health Pension HévízThe cure pension belonging to the Castrum group was built in the year 2001 in a beautiful area of a nature park. The pension has 10 tendencyful rooms. Two of it are studio appartments. The building was established in the style of the world-famous thermal bath. The rooms are modern, in good taste furnished, and they are equipped with bath, WC, SAT-TV, telephone and refrigerator. The pension are daily cleaned and the bath-towels according to desire changed. The satisfying breakfast in the tendencyful neighbour restaurant belongs to each requirement likewise to the service. This pension developed in direct proximity of the Heviz Thermal Lake (approx. 200 m), so that the guests can go in the summer - only dressed in the bathrobe - to the lake. By the park a takeoff channel of the lake with flowering sea-roses leads to the Balaton. Both banks are connected by a bridge, by which between the sea-roses growing there the mediterranen fish can be observed. At the night guards provide for a calm sleep. The environmental protection area has its own unusual bird world and a mediterran water world with flowering Lotus, which radiates a special tendency. The tendencyful family restaurant of the pension is opened in the summer and in the winter. If the weather is good, one can eat midday bread or evening bread on the beautiful terrace between singing birds. The cook offers everything, in order to prepare for his guests the house man food in good taste. The Heviz lake is the largest natural thermal lake in Europe. Its surface amounts to 4.5 hectares. The water temperatures vary in the summer between 32-33 °C, in the winter between 24-26 °C. Heviz welfare cure has a complex effect, in whose heat degree the radioactive radiation and the climate play an important role. The physician orders the therapeutic bath according to the illness and combines the cure if necessary with medicamentous, electrical treatments and other cure means. It specifies at the same time the bath time and the special balneotherapies, to weight bath, mud packing or massage. The length of time of the Heviz welfare cure amounts to 2-3 weeks. The length of time of the balneotherapy is determined by the kind of the illness and by the general condition of the patient. It is advisable to absolutely take the medical consultation in requirement. The therapeutic use of the welfare water is versatile, for example by balneotherapies (balneotherapy), drinking cures, steam and gas inhalations. The effect of the welfare water is supplemented by medicamentous and physiotherapeutische treatments. The characteristic of the Heviz welfare cure is that one can bathe in the open air, in the lukewarm water of the natural large lake. The Heviz mud is singular in the whole world. That welfare-ends mud (peloid) lines the interior of the whole lake like a bed. The 6-8 m thick moorland peat is perforated by the quellencrater of the out-gushing water. The mud forms in such a way the fact that the up-flowing water of the source of the peat bog tears fine pieces off and with its own mud mixes the latter and deposits partially in the lake, partially in the flume of the lake. The Hevizer mud forms a transition between the torfigen and the volcanic source mud, is thus a kind of mixed mud. That welfare-ends Heviz mud with its radon effect relieved and increases the metabolism, animates the gland effect, calms the nervous system down, affected welfare the cell functions and affects with its radiation the inside of the organism. |
